Shipping: when routing is not specified on your order, we will use the most direct or least expensive method. C.O.D. shipments are not available.
All shipments are F.O.B. Ottawa, Canada.
All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Freight Claims: Client is legally responsible when merchandise is consigned to carrier.
Custom Dies: Retained forever unless we are told otherwise.
Labels: Wax Works will ship under your labels at no charge - we can create them in house with ease.
Return Policy: Wax Works will not accept any returns on wax seals without written approval from Factory Customer Service.
Cancellations: All orders are considered firm and cannot be canceled except on written authorization from factory customer service. Labor and material costs incurred prior to cancellation will be invoiced.
Effective Date of Catalog: Prices are in effect January 1, 2008

Phone Orders: We do accept phone orders. All orders no matter how they are received will be confirmed by fax or email.
Spec Samples: Pre-production samples are available for the applicable die cost + shipping.
Special Quotations: We will quote on special assortments or custom requirements. Please submit all non standard requests before ordering as we love a challenge.
Production Time: Custom Designed Wax Seals are normally shipped in 2 to 5 working days after receipt of signed order.

The wax seal has been in continuous use since the beginning of recorded history. Pharaohs, emperors and the great royal families of Europe used their signets in wax seals as an absolute mark of authority.

Our process allows you to roll back the centuries to use your own wax seals for any important purpose. Our Incredible Wax Seals are eye catching and distinctive on documents, invitations and mail, corporate promotions and as unique gifts.
We emboss your logo or custom design into faux wax seals. Each completed wax seal has a powerful adhesive backing for easy application to most surfaces. Always ready for immediate use without mess or hot wax, our wax seals can be lifted off the backing sheet to expose the adhesive and then place where desired.
Convenient and easy to use, each wax seal is different from any other to insure the appearance of being individually embossed in molten wax with a signet by hand. These seals are flexible and CAN be sent through the mail on the outside of envelopes. Unlike traditional wax they will not crack or break. |
